Meet Christie
Sports Dietitian
Hi, I'm Christie.
I'm an Accredited Sports Dietitian, age-group Australian representative triathlete, and lover of food.

I've been swim-bike-running for over a decade, and as cliché as it sounds, I honestly believe nutrition is the key to optimal performance - for your sports performance, for your mental performance, and for your performance in life.

I've been lucky enough to work with some incredible people in this world. From weekend warriors, age-group athletes, junior athletes with dreams of becoming Olympians, English Channel swimmers, and Kona World Championship athletes.

Science meets practicality
Nutrition (and training) is individualised. If you've ever spoken to me or heard me present a webinar you would have heard this many times. That's why I believe it's important to combine what the research and evidence tells us, with practical experience and what works best for each athlete. Success isn't going to be achieved if it doesn't fit into your lifestyle.

Multisport Nutrition is about helping athletes be their personal best. In sport, and life. The rings in the logo represent my philosophy in supporting an athlete. The three rings symbolise:
