MY Swimming STORY

For the past four years, I've been working with marathon and channel swimmers like you.

I have worked alongside Tara Diversi to support swimmers taking on big challenges - from their first 10km, to 20km classic events to the English Channel and Derwent River. 

Coming from a triathlon background, I know how challenging it can be to get your head around swim nutrition, as it's a little different to our land-based sports. But over 4, 6, and 8 months we're able to piece the puzzles together, so your feed plan is well practiced and refined by the time your goal swim approaches. 


With big events like this, personalised nutrition is critical. Everyone is an expert on themselves, but not you. It's important we keep up regular open communication so you can be your personal best.
