Hijra Ride

Anne Townsley
Coached athlete: Busso 70.3 Aquabike, GC Half marathon, Mudgee Half Marathon, Aintree Half Marathon
Without Christie's guidance in both nutrition and training I doubt I would have got the results I have achieved this year.
After a few set backs with an ongoing injury some of my training needed to be tweaked and this wasn't a problem for Christie.
I can't wait to see what 2026 brings.

Marianne Hewitt
Coached Athlete: Noosa 10k run, Noosa Triathlon, Bridge to Brisbane 10k run

Nutrition and coaching advice has helped me navigate the ups and downs of being a mature age grouper. Having a coach that can adjust and help me pivot has been the key to putting a few more finishers medals in the cupboard this year.

You’ve helped me understand what fuel my body needs in and out of training, trust the process, and find confidence in myself. Thank you for helping me chase big goals, stay healthy, and for coaching and empowering me to trust my own body and instincts. I truly couldn’t have done this without you.

Thanks to you Christie, I finally learned how to fuel properly and eat in a way that supports my goals. Your cookbook is part of my daily routine, helping me stay balanced, strong, and consistent. A year of PBs , even after 50 and I’m still progressing!

Nikki Thurtell
WS 70.3 Aquabike, 2nd AG
Multisport Nutrition has been an absolute game changer for me over the past two years of triathlon training and racing. Christie Robson is nothing short of amazing — her knowledge, care, and personalised approach to fuelling has helped me perform, recover, and train with confidence across multiple events.
She truly takes the time to understand your goals, your training load, and your lifestyle, and then tailors everything to suit you. I’ve felt stronger, more energised, and far more consistent since working with Christie. I honestly couldn’t recommend Multisport Nutrition highly enough to anyone serious about their sport or overall health. Big goals planned for 2026 and I'm glad I'll have Multisport nutrition looking after me.

Christie’s guidance ensured I had the energy to train well and perform at my best on race day. I learned just how much the right nutrition can shape both preparation and race-day success.

Greg Kelly
English Channel Swim - August 22nd (12:01 hours)
Fastest crossing ever for someone 64 years and over.
Fastest crossing for an Australian over 60 years old.
Christie Robson was central to my English Channel crossing. She planned my nutrition over more than two years — from intentionally gaining weight to cope with the water temperature, through to a precisely executed in-water strategy that delivered the right balance of carbohydrates and protein every 30 minutes throughout the swim. Alongside the coaching team and pilot boat, Christie’s nutrition planning was critical to my success.

Suzie Kemp
Sunshine Coast Half Marathon
A massive thanks to Christie for her incredible nutrition advice and guidance leading up to my first (and let’s be honest, probably last!) Half Marathon. With injury and illness in the mix, I couldn’t have done it without her support. I felt fuelled, had a game plan for when the cramps hit—and thanks to her, I crossed the finish line instead of waving from the sidelines!

Helen Hislop
3 Lakes Challenge GB (Becoming the first woman skins swimmer to do so)
Dál Riata Channel SCO - IRL Female Record (07:54:10 hours)
Having had two DNF marathon swims last year relating to hypothermia I knew I had to work on my nutrition. Christie came up with a plan and it worked perfectly. I sucessfully swam the Dal Riata Channel and broke the womens world record and I also completed my 3 Lakes UK challenge.

Christie was incredibly helpful in training for an Ironman. I’d heard horror stories of people suffering from gut issues and was very happy to get through without a hit hitch. Getting the fuel in during training and having help with my race plan and contingencies was a game changer. Christie just made it easy, one less thing to think about.
