MY STORY
I completed my first triathlon over a decade ago in my favourite bright pink togs, black bike-pants and my hybrid bike...and I loved every second of it.
Over the years, I've worked my way up from enticer events, to Sprint, Olympic Distance, Half ironman events, and all the way to a full ironman in 2021 (10:59:55).
I have learnt a lot from my own experiences racing local and overseas at three AG World Championships (silver medal in 2019 for standard duathlon), while juggling a busy life; but working with athletes like you is what I love most about triathlon. We are a community full of support and good times.
From liquids only, to whole foods, to a combination of the two. Every race plan (and training plan in fact) is completely individualised, and no two are the same.
