Hi, I'm Christie. I'm an Accredited Sports Dietitian, age-group Australian representative triathlete, and lover of food.
I've been swim-bike-running for over a decade, and as cliche as it sounds, I honestly believe nutrition is the key to good performance - for your sports performance, for your mental performance, and for your performance in life.
